Selling a route

How do you price a route?

Most routes list near 10 times monthly billing. Texas often runs a little higher. Pool count, how tight the stops are and the account mix all move the number.

How long does a route take to sell?

Routes of 50 pools or fewer usually sell within 6 months, partly because seller financing is easier to offer. Larger routes can sit longer. If interest stalls, we can break them into smaller pieces.

Will my customers find out?

Listings show the county and general area, not your name. Buyers talk to us first and only get your details once they’re serious.

What happens after I send the form?

We call you to go over your route and your numbers. If it makes sense for both of us, we sign an agreement and list the route.

Buying a route

What’s included when I buy a route?

The accounts and whatever the listing names. Training, the retention guarantee and the non-compete are written into each sale contract, and we’ll go through them with you before you commit.

How do I hear about new routes?

Tell us the state and size you want. We’ll call you when a route that fits comes in.

What do you ask buyers?

We go over your funds and your experience before introducing you to a seller. That keeps sellers’ time, and yours, on deals that can close.
